Personal
Corinne Turner ... Born May 13, 1985, in Long Island, NY ... Daughter of Betty King and Bobby Turner ... One brother, Jerry and two sisters, Deniqua and Angela ... Majoring in sociology.
McKeown on Turner: "Corinne is quick of the dribble. She can go by a lot of big people and get to the foul line. She creates offensive opportunities for herself and is one of the best rebounders we have."
Glen Cove is Corinne's hometown and it is a wonderful thing for her to be coaching in the community she comes from and is a part of. It has been a lot of fun to see what her approach is like and the offensive and defensive sets she runs. Hard work in practice has gotten the JV Girls off to a nice start and a 7-3 record to show for it!
